Iron Flow is a dynamic and energetic style of Yoga that blends traditional yoga poses with strength training. Students move through various yoga shapes while incorporating weights, resistance bands/rings and bodyweight exercises to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
In this class we flow through a combination of targeted muscle toning & strengthening sequences, including core work, focusing on both physical and mental engagement, connecting breath with movement to enhance physical fitness and cultivate mindfulness. *
