Join us for a rejuvenating 45 min Yin Yoga class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and re-connect.

Yin is a quiet, still practice focusing on strengthening our connective tissues (joints, ligaments, bones, fascia) through deep stretching sequences. Shapes are held for 4-5 min, allowing the body to settle into the shape, relax, and quiet the mind. We work with various supportive props, including gravity, to give you the space to slow down and tune into your body releasing tension & stress, while restoring your energy, improving flexibility & boosting circulation.

This class is suitable for all levels of practice. Whether you're just starting your Yin journey or are a seasoned practitioner, you'll find the release and nourishment your body craves 🧘🏻‍♀️
