Pilates Fusion Flow is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates combining the strength and core training of Pilates with the flexibility and flow of Yoga. ✨

Using core strength training & Pilates props along with a Vinyasa, breath to movement flow you'll experience an energizing work out that improves flexibility, strengthens the core, tones muscles, and reduces stress.

This is a fun, low impact class suitable for All levels of practice 🧘🏻‍♀️

Beginners as well as Seasoned students can benefit and experience a dynamic workout💫
