Mindful Movement ✨

Mindful Movement emphasizes the connection between breath, movement, and awareness. In this class we move slowly and intentionally through shapes & sequences designed to promote flexibility, strength, and balance while creating a sense of calm and inner peace. We'll focus on alignment, connecting breath through movement, while at times, holding shapes for several breaths.

This class is built for everyone :)

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just getting started on your yoga journey, this class gives you the space to explore your physical and mental boundaries, reduce stress, and leave feeling more centered and grounded. 🧘🏻‍♀️
